Discharge of Condition 11 of previously approved application LA06/2017/0959/F which states:- Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the proposed stone and brick for use on the new proposed buildings and boundary walls shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council in conjunction with Historic Environment Division. The works shall thereafter be carried out solely in accordance with the approved samples. A sample of the stone and brick shall be retained on site until the project is complete Reason: To ensure that special regard is paid to protecting the special architectural and historic interest and integrity of the building under Section 80 of The Planning Act (NI) 2011.
