Replacement of an existing redundant fibreglass garage door with a new aluminium-framed, double-glazed, double-swing entrance door to facilitate improved public access, particularly for users with accessibility requirements, in connection with the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of Units 5 and 6. Associated works comprise the installation of galvanised steel loop barriers to either side of the entrance door and a stainless-steel bollard incorporating a 'Push to Open' control button.
