Internal and external alterations for the replacement of the sash frames to five timber vertical sliding sash windows, comprising four windows to the front elevation (GW1, FW1, FW2 and SW1) and one window to the rear elevation (SW2). Retention, repair and refurbishment of the existing timber sash boxes, including localised timber repairs where required. Installation of bespoke timber replica sashes incorporating Vacuum Insulated Glass and applied glazing bars replicating the existing glazing pattern, mouldings and architectural profiles. Repair or like for like renewal of the timber window cills where required.
