Discharge of conditions 9 and 10 of planning application ref: LA08/2025/0074/F which read as follows: Condition 9 No development hereby approved shall take place until a Consent to Discharge foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, under the terms of the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999, and thereafter implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site. Condition 10 No development hereby approved shall take place until the method of sewage disposal has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and thereafter implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure a practical solution to sewage disposal is possible at this site, to ensure protection to the aquatic environment and to help the applicant avoid incurring unnecessary expense before it can be ascertained that a feasible method of sewage disposal is available.
