Installation of kitchen extraction system serving the restaurant kitchen; the previously suspended unit (held on high metal rods above the flat roof) is revised as follows: the extractor is lowered to sit directly on the flat roof surface, behind the eastern parapet wall and existing AC unit; high supporting rods are removed and replaced with short clips/rods and brackets fixed to the roof. The duct continues northward and rises vertically against the wall to discharge above eaves level (minimum 1,000 mm terminal height). Size is reduced particularly on the vertical rise, to minimise visual bulk. The system incorporates rigid ducting with anti-vibration mountings, bracing, lining/lagging, and a silencer (to achieve low-impact noise levels). High-level odour control (fine filtration/ESP followed by carbon filtration or UV-ozone) is provided, with an associated Odour Management Plan
