Raise canopy to statutory clearance heights: 5.5m over the main road, 2.5m over the footpath. Remove dead branches throughout the crown exceeding 2.5cm in diameter. Inspect the crown for any adverse conditions. T5. Rowan Front Garden: Reduce branches to clear the adjacent property elevation/roof by up to 2m.
