Internal alterations: Enlarge downstairs cloakroom, create new utility/boot room; widen doorway access to library from hallway. Reduction of floor level to south end of living area with new half step staircase to cellar. Reduce bedrooms from 4 to 3, to provide dressing areas and new ensuite bathrooms. Reduction of northern boundary wall height.
