Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 25/AP/2550 dated 27/02/2026 for 'Demolition of existing buildings and construction of nine (4 x bedroom) C3 residential dwellings with associated access, landscaping, boundary treatment, cycle parking and refuse storage'.
