Non-material amendment to planning permission 25/AP/3772 (Construction of single storey rear extension with patio and steps, basement extension to provide indoor swimming pool with terrace atop, south side extension to provide internal staircase to basement and three dormer windows to rear roof slope, remodelling and extension of existing annexe to north side of house, alterations to existing ground floor fenestration, and installation of new front boundary treatment.)
