I would like to confirm whether planning permission is required for the proposed replacement of the existing front sliding glazed entrance doors at my property with a new anthracite grey composite entrance door with two glazed sidelights. The proposal retains the existing structural opening, reinforced concrete canopy, external walls and all existing dimensions. No extension, structural alterations or changes to the building footprint are proposed. A supporting document with photographs, dimensions and a proposed visualisation is attached.
