Full Description: The development will convert the existing dwelling into a small-scale children?s home providing accommodation and care for up to three young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home will use only standard domestic appliances (e.g., washing machine, oven) and computers for administrative and educational purposes.
