Change of use of outbuilding to a one-bedroom dwelling and associated works.
To side prune the inside of the conifer tree line between the drive way and the road side. To prune back the maple up to 2metres from the house as is now touching and the building is listed.
T1 - Ornamental Cherry, reduce canopy on east side by approximately one third by selective thinning and shortening of outer canopy by approximately 3 metres to leave approximately 4 metres. Lightly lift canopy by approximately 2 metres to 5 metres above ground level to prevent encroachment and give adequate clearance of shrubbery and hedging.
T1. Fraxinus Excelsior (Common Ash). To remove ivy from the upper canopy but retain some on the main stem for habitat. To remove the significant dead wood and thin or if necessary reduce the end weight of several of the more prominent branches protruding over the shared driveway.
Tree 1. Reduce muti stem mature conifer tree to ground level situated in garden on the n/w corner of Bridge cottage in close proximity to the said property. Tree 2. Reduce to ground level a mature sycamore tree situated in the same location. Remove all brash from site
Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Works to a Listed Building (to carry out a like for like repair to restore parapet wall back to its original condition, reusing the same stone which should be possible for the vast majority of the stone, where we have to use new stone, we intent to match the stone in geology, colour, coursing, mortar type, finish and colour)
T1: Oak - remove limb that is drooping down over the lawn, also remove the bushy growth on the main stem and remove ivy from stem.
T1 - Walnut, reduce in height by approximately 4 metres to leave an overall crown height of approximately 12 metres. Reduce outer canopy over garage roof to correspond, to prevent encroachment.

Removal of a birch tree (T1). This tree appears to be in decline deu to the recent construction works near to the root zone and has sparse foliage. The owners wish for it to be removed to improve the views and movement within their garden. To reduce the north west side of another birch tree (T2). This tree has uneven crown distribution and would benefit from weight redution by reducing the north west side by 3m length and height reduction by 2m.
Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed use of the land to site a mobile home for incidental use to the main dwellinghouse (The proposed mobile home meets the definition of a caravan as set out in the Caravan Sites Act 1968, as amended October 2006)

Tree 1 Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus). Re-pollard the sycamore by reducing all regrowth back to the existing pollard heads. Prior approval for a single storey extension. The extension will extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling by 5.05 metres. The maximum height of the extension will be 3 metres and the height atthe eaves of the extension will be 2.77 metres.
