Replanting: T1, T10, T9 and T8 will be replaced by a mixture of species as outlined in the tree survey – Field Maple, Hornbeam, Rowan, Crab apple Hawthorn, Holly and Yew – Planted in positions that allow them to establish without the same future conflict with building boundaries.
T1: Horse Chestnut: Section dismantle to ground level and remove the stump. - The tree is starting to lift the tarmac, causing a trip hazard due to the tree being surrounded by tarmac. The tree also recently had a large limb fail, with possible decay in the crown. The church is happy to replant a new horse chestnut in a more suitable location.
