** 5 DAY NOTICE ** T1; Dead pine tree - Remove. Reason: Failed at the roots. Fallen into neighbouring oak. Upon impact the top of T1 has snapped and is hanging in the canopy of the Oak T2; Oak - Dismantle. Reason: Dead and the canopy is failing which could result in the pine becoming dislodged and falling and or the Oak limbs falling onto the woodland path beneath. To prevent any failures on the path that is used to access a wedding venue.
T1; Multi stem Bay tree (Laurus nobilis) is to have the stems nearest the neighbouring wall removed to as low as possible; Remaining stems are to be reduced down to a 6 ft pole. Reason Due to growth of the stems causing damage to the nearby wall and to allow it to re-grow and allowing easier future maintenance.
Proposed side dormer window extension for loft conversion
Eucalyptus - Removal. Reason: Tree is dying. The tree is very large for the small area and there is a healthy Bay tree which will thrive after removal of the Eucalyptus.
T1; Beech - Take out 5 tall stems leaving lower canopy; Reduce lower canopy by around half a metre to improve shape. Reason: Due to proximity to house and stonewall.

Reason: They are currently trying to grow through a more dominant plane tree. 4; Plane tree - Remove low limb facing NW. Reason: Suffering fungal decay. 5; Leylandi trees x4 - Remove. Reason: Only growing to one side due to overcrowding.

T1; Pendunculate Oak (Quercus robur) - Dismantle to standing monolithic. Deadwood at approximately 2.5M. Reason: Tree is dead,diseased with evidence of Pinhole borer (Platypus cylindrus) to the base and in immediate proximity to property. T2; Pendunculate Oak (Quercus robur) - Prune overhang to car park side approximately 20%. Reason: Tree has movement at the base and in the event of failure tree needs to be weighted to the copse side to reduce the leverage over the car park.
Bay and Laurel bushes - Cut back overhanging branches and reduce the height of the main body of trees/bushes by upto 5m. The front 'face' of the screen will be reduced by up to 2-2.5m - some branches are very small and thin due to being crowded by adjoining growth and these will be removed in their entirety as they are only up to 10-20mm in diameter. Reason: The trees form a continuous hedge in effect with growth/limbs protruding and cutting across each other. None of the trees/bushes have been able to grow individually as they are all so intertwined. The intention is to reduce the height and overhanging, remove any very small growths to protect the long term health of the border.
**5 Day Notice** TG1: 10 Ash trees with ash dieback - Remove to ground level. Identified as pink dots on the map. Retain ash tree (pink dot circled in red, furthest east). Reason: Dead/severely declining ash trees.
T1; Cherry - Remove. Reason: Too close to house and walls.

Reason: To improve safety to pedestrians and high vehicles as overhanging a frequently used road. T3; Bay (Prunus nobilis) - Prune tertiary boughs to provide 1m clearance from BT wires. Reason: To prevent tree damaging BT wires. T4 and T5; Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) - Prune tertiary boughs to provide 1M clearance from BT wires. Reason: To prevent trees damaging BT wires. T6; Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) - Crown lift canopy above Magnolia (Magnoliaceae grandiflora) to approximately 5m. Reason: To reduce overloaded bough overhanging Magnolia (Magnoliaceae grandiflora) and allow it more light. T7; Magnolia (Magnoliaceae grandiflora) - Prune overall canopy approximately 30%. Reason: To regenerate the canopy and provide arboricultural maintenance. T8: Strawberry Tree (Arbutus unedo) - Prune as per photo. Reason: To improve access.
**5 Day Notice** T1; White Poplar (Populus alba) - Remove large snapped/hanging bough; reduce overhanging bough back from beach as specified on picture. Reason: To make the tree safe.
T1; Oak - Reduce to good growth where possible overextending healthy limbs. Crown clean to remove minor deadwood. Reason: In an attempt to balance and maintain a well loved tree.
T1; Pair of magnolias either side of front door, reduce canopy by around half a metre. Reason: As good arboriculture management.
